All purchases made on Sa7beh are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate transactions
Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
Failed transactions where payment was deducted without voucher issuance
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
